Shipping policy
Soft Existence ships from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Every order is hand-checked and dispatched through our delivery partner.
Processing time - Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. To have your order dispatched the same working day, please order before the cut-off shown for your chosen option below.
Delivery options within the UAE
- Standard delivery, AED 18 - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Order before 4:00 pm. Typically delivered in 1 to 3 business days. Free on all orders over AED 375.
- Same-day delivery, AED 27 - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Order before 12:00 pm.
- Express 4-hour delivery, AED 30 - within Dubai only, first 7 km then AED 2.50 per additional km. Order before 3:00 pm.
- Remote areas, AED 32 - addresses outside the standard delivery network.
Larger and heavier orders - Items over 30 cm on any side are charged by volumetric weight, and orders over 5 kg may carry a small handling charge of AED 2.50 per extra kilogram. Any such charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Order tracking - As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. Follow your parcel any time on our Order Tracking page.
Returns - Return collections use the same courier network and the same delivery charges. See our Refund Policy for what can be returned.
Payment - All orders are prepaid securely at checkout. Soft Existence does not offer cash on delivery.
