How to arrange a canister set on the counter
Line the pieces up against the splashback in one row, bread bin at the end nearest the toaster, canisters in the order you use them: coffee closest to the kettle. Leave a hand's width between the last canister and the next object. A set arranged in a row reads as one object; a set scattered across the counter reads as four. Care
Wipe the steel with a soft damp cloth and dry it. Hand-wash the bamboo lids and wooden handles only, never soak them and never put them in the dishwasher, and let them dry before they go back on. Keep the set away from direct heat and out of a steamy corner; a canister next to the hob will age faster than one at the other end of the counter.

Do I need a bread bin as well as canisters?
